I can tell a difference after 3 weeks
I purchased the GYM PLATE three weeks ago and I am noticing the difference already I go on in the morning and it really wakes you up. It is the easiest exercise I have ever done. I recommended it to work friends and all three have purchased one. I think I should be on commission... Well worth the money and delivery was spot on. Maureen, Wicklow.

GYM Plate Looks great. Really easy to put together. Ready to use in minutes. Instructions are easy to follow. Very powerful machine. Easily programmed to suit your needs or use the presets. Great feeling when on the machine - shakes bits you didn't know you had. Really seems to stimulate blood flow and warms muscles well. Dermot Murphy, Cork.
